Filling and Capping for Trigger Pumps and Dispenser Pumps

We are glad to announce the successful Factory Acceptance Test of another filling and capping monobloc for trigger pumps and dispenser pumps.

This high performance monobloc is designed to dispense high viscosity liquids as well as foamy products thanks to its top of the line features. The filling section is provided of what we call "Continuous Motion Technology" (aka CMT) also usually referred as "Walking Beam Filling".

The CMT technology allows an higher output thus avoiding any risk of product splashing. The filling is performed from the bottom up and following the bottles the as they move into the scroll.

Our filling and capping monobloc for trigger pumps and dispenser pumps provide all the activities in one stand alone solution. This configuration actually shortens downtime, because of its quick changeover and condensing in one HMI all the activities of your primary packaging.

In this particular monobloc the brushless motors provide complete control over both filling and capping making this machine capable to handle any kind of container or cap, including trigger pumps, mini triggers, dispensing pumps (as seen in the video above), flip top caps orany regular cap. The machine, because of these features, is considered "future proof".

The customer will be able to self adjust any parameter of the machine so to accomodate new bottle heights or cam configuration for both the filling section and the capping section.

Our design was focused to provide the maximum flexibility of operations making this monobloc the ideal solution for "co-packers" as well who need to operate multiple formats and perform various change overs even in the same 24 hrs.
